Applicable Models
For BMW 5 Series F10/F11 (2013-2016) NBT System VehiclesImportant Notes on Compatibility:
1. This unit ONLY works with the original BMW NBT system. A NBT system car radio usually comes with a 6-pin LVDS port, a “MEDIA” button on the iDrive controller or a touch pad iDrive controller and a BMW ConnectedDrive interface.
Note: A “Car ConnectedDrive” interface does not guarantee that you have the NBT system.
2. Please see XTRONS QLBX44FVCI if your vehicles comes with a CIC system.
3. Please see XTRONS QLBX44FVEV3 if your G30/G31 vehicle comes with an EVO system.
4. If your car comes with NO audio AUX input, you will need to order an FM transmitter to assist with the installation. (XTRONS CA/ITR/FM02 and CA/ITR/FM03 are compatible.)
Connect the XTRONS unit to your car’s AUX input for audio functionality. Ensure AUX is enabled to enjoy the full audio experience with out head unit.
